Why this policy exists

Generations use third-party AI, image, video, and research providers that charge for the work initiated by your request. Those delivery costs scale with usage. The platform therefore prices paid actions in credits and discloses the credit cost before you confirm an action.

What this means for you

• Paid-plan payments are non-refundable once the plan is activated manually and its credits are delivered.
• Partially used credit balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a paid generation fails, the credits reserved for that operation are returned automatically.
• A successfully completed generation is non-refundable, including when the output needs further editing or a different creative direction.

Before you confirm a generation

Review the product inputs, target market, uploaded images, and the exact credit price shown in the confirmation step. Start with the smallest plan that fits your intended test and review the first output before running additional paid actions.

Billing exceptions

We may approve a credit correction or monetary refund for an exceptional billing problem, such as a duplicate manual payment or a confirmed technical error that prevented purchased credits from being delivered. Contact us by email, WhatsApp, or the contact page; we review each request individually and, if approved, coordinate the refund using an available method appropriate to the original payment. Processing time depends on that payment method. Automatic card payments are not live today; when they launch, Stripe will process approved card refunds to the original payment method.
